green devil a cure for the weather blues

Green Devil

Ingredients

1 ounce gin
1/2 teaspoon absinthe
1 bottle Duvel (11.2 ounces)

Procedure

Take a beer glass (preferably one made for Belgian beers) and coat the inside with absinthe. Add gin, and fill with beer, aiming for a nice, foamy head.

Take the next day off.
